new blog
Some thoughts about this blog....
Originally it was thought as a photographic blog.... few words, a lot of pictures from England and Birmingham, to describe what was happening and surrounding me. The main meaning of the blog was to keep an on-diary of my shoots. Recently this original idea started to be mixed with a new project, the IM 70.3. Now it is time to go back to the original idea of a pure photographic blog. I've started a new blogger page, just for the IM 70.3.

Prints
Since 2001, when I switched from film to digital pgotography, I've
taken more than 30.000 photos... Now it is time to print the best
shoots and to build up a portfolio....

print test

I'm trying to match the printer colors with the monitor colors... and it is such a pain... I don't know how many copies I've got yet of this color test print.... and they are all different one each other....

52 minutes of pure hell (and I'm loving it!)

52 minutes of spinning. Pure hell, but I'm loving every second... climbs, sprints, up and down the bike saddle... with a high volume music soundtrack....here there is the HR graphic...

I'm in!!!!!!!!!

I'm in! I've entered the 2008 UK ironman 70.3 triathlon! 15th June 2008 at 6.05 am, Wimbleball. 152 days to go. A lot of training to do, a lot of proteins to eat, a lot of stuff to think about and to plan. This is going to be huge. This is going to be massive. The race itself is HUGE. 70.3 miles in one day. 1.2 miles (1.9km) swimming, 56 miles (90km) cycling, 13.1 (21 km) running, one after the other, without stopping. The event is HUGE: it is an official Ironman race, 1500 competitors, TV coverage, the pro race alongside the humans.... I'm excited, really excited. I've entered the race and I've given myself a treat: a Powerbar protein bar.... 16.6g of goodness proteins! Now it is bedtime... Tomorrow I have a spinning class to attend at 7.00am....
I'm only a little bit worried about some concerns that my family has about it.....
